GDPR – Information clause for customers

Pursuant to Art. 13 section 1-2 (directly collected data) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (OJ EU L 119, p. 1) - hereinafter referred to as GDPR - we would like to inform you that:

1. Personal data administrator

2. Data Protection Inspector
We have appointed a Data Protection Inspector, whom you can contact in matters regarding the protection of your personal data via the contact form on the website www.bezpiecza-pozegarem.pl by e-mail: iodpk@op.pl; or in writing to the address of our registered office indicated in point 1.

3. Purposes and grounds for processing
We will process your personal data in order to take action before concluding a cooperation agreement and for its implementation (based on Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR). We will also process your data for the purpose of establishing, pursuing or defending against claims which is the implementation of our legitimate interest (based on Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).

4. Data storage period
We will process your personal data for the entire duration of the contract, and if the contract has expired or is about to expire, we will process the data for the period in which claims related to this contract may arise, i.e. for 10+1 years from the end of the year in which the contract ended, including 10 years is the longest possible limitation period for claims, an additional year is for claims submitted at the last minute and problems with delivery, and counting from the end of the year is used to determine one date of data deletion for the contract ending in given year.

5. Rights of data subjects
Pursuant to the GDPR, you have:
a) the right to access your data and receive a copy thereof;
b) the right to rectify (correct) your data;
c) the right to delete data and limit data processing;
d) the right to transfer data;
e) the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority;
f) the right to object

6. Information on the requirement to provide data
Providing data is a condition for concluding a contract.

7. Data recipients
We would like to inform you that your personal data will be available to entities processing this data on our behalf within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR and the Insurance Companies that granted power of attorney to the Financial Intermediary Bożena Kępczyńska, within the scope of the contract.

8. Data collected from other sources
We may obtain your personal data from publicly available sources, such as: CEIDG or KRS business registers in order to verify the information provided by customers.

Website cookie policy

For the User's convenience, the website uses cookies.

How does it manage cookie settings?
To manage cookie settings, select your web browser/system from the list below and follow the instructions:

IE
In the main application window, select Tools > Internet Options > Privacy In the Settings area, move the slider all the way up. This way we will block all cookies. Click on the OK button.

Chrome
In the main browser window (upper right corner) click on the Google Chrome Settings icon.
Select the Settings tab > Show advanced settings In the Privacy section > Content settings In the Cookies option, select "Block cookies and data from third-party websites" Select the Done button.

Firefox
In the main program window, click Tools > Options > Privacy Select the option "Firefox will use user settings", the first item "Always use private mode" and the last item "Accept cookies" must be unchecked (i.e. there must be an empty box next to them ) In the Settings area, move the slider all the way up. This way we will block all cookies. Click on the OK button.

Safari
In the Safari drop-down menu, select Preferences > Security Here you select the security level in the "Accept cookies" area
