Third Party Liability (Civil Liability)

This insurance protects the owner or driver of the vehicle against the financial consequences of damage caused to third parties.

The insurance company pays compensation to the injured party for the vehicle owner. Therefore, on the one hand, the insurance protects the property of the perpetrator of the damage, and on the other hand, it guarantees the injured party that his or her claims will be satisfied.

In particular, owners of motor vehicles registered in Poland, motor vehicles, motorcycles, mopeds, agricultural tractors and trailers, as well as owners of slow-moving vehicles are obliged to conclude an insurance contract.

Every owner of a motor vehicle is obliged to conclude a civil liability insurance contract for motor vehicle owners.
