Civil liability of authorities or management of a capital company

 

The insurance covers the Insured's civil liability for damage caused to third parties, including the company in connection with the performance of entrusted duties, for which the Insured is civilly liable in accordance with the Commercial Companies Code, the contract or the articles of association and regulations of a capital company and other provisions regulating the liability of members of the bodies of a capital company. , on the terms specified in the Civil Code.

The insurance contract covers the costs of appraisers' remuneration, the necessary costs of legal defense and the costs resulting from the application of measures taken to prevent or reduce the damage, if these measures were purposeful, even if they turned out to be ineffective.
