Construction and assembly risk insurance is intended for investors, main contractors or subcontractors. It covers contract works and property constituting the subject of construction

The insurance covers material damage resulting from any unnamed accidental events, except those expressly excluded from the scope of insurance.

Insurance coverage may also cover:

the surroundings of the construction site, in particular the entrepreneur's existing property,
the entrepreneur's civil liability.
Additionally, protection can be extended to:

construction equipment and supplies,
construction machines,
costs of removing damage residues,
liability towards third parties,
surrounding property.
Construction and assembly risk insurance is an All Risk product, which means that it covers material damage to the insured property resulting from any accidental events, except those expressly excluded from the scope of insurance.

The policyholder may change the scope of insurance by including additional clauses depending on individual needs.

Insurance coverage lasts from the moment the works begin or from the moment the insured property is unloaded at the construction site and expires when the facility is put into operation.
