 Real estate agents practicing their profession under the Real Estate Management Act.

SCOPE OF PROTECTION

Compulsory insurance in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 13, 2013 on compulsory civil liability insurance of real estate agents.

Voluntary insurance:

• excess limit above voluntary insurance
• additional defense costs
• liability for breach of the obligation to maintain secrecy
• liability for slander, defamation or slander
• liability for infringements of intellectual property rights
• loss of documents
• covering costs in criminal, penal-fiscal or administrative proceedings

LIMITS

EUR 25,000 – mandatory insurance

• up to PLN 1 million – voluntary insurance (surplus and supplementary)
