SCOPE OF PROTECTION

Compulsory insurance in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance of December 13, 2013 on compulsory civil liability insurance for real estate managers.

Voluntary insurance:

• excess limit above voluntary insurance
• additional defense costs
• liability for breach of the obligation to maintain secrecy
• liability for slander, defamation or slander
• liability for infringements of intellectual property rights
• loss of documents
• covering costs in criminal, penal-fiscal or administrative proceedings

LIMITS

-50,000 EURO – mandatory insurance

–up to PLN 1 million – voluntary insurance (surplus and supplementary)
